WHY MEDIATION?
In my 20 years of practice, I have handled thousands of personal injury cases. During that time, be it from a plaintiff or an insurance company adjustor, I’m always asked the same question:
“What’s this case worth?”
My answer is always: “this case is worth whatever a jury says it’s worth”. Since only about 5% of cases actually go to trial, waiting to see what a jury awards can be expensive, time consuming, and impractical. Mediation can you save you that time and money and take away the uncertainty of what 12 strangers will decide about your case.
